How to cancel LingQ
To cancel LingQ Premium bought on the website, go to Settings, Account, click Change plan and downgrade to Free; it is done when the Account tab says “Changing to Free on” a date. An email asking LingQ to cancel does not count. Bought in the App Store or Google Play? Cancel there, at least 24 hours before the period ends. LingQ's terms promise a full refund in the first 30 days of a first Premium subscription.
Where did you subscribe?

- LingQ's terms say that when you cancel Premium, your content is deleted at the end of the billing period and cannot be recovered.
- Back on a Free account you can still read and listen to LingQ's own library in every language, but you can save only 20 words or phrases (LingQs) in all and import 5 lessons of your own, by LingQ's comparison of the two plans.
Getting money back
- If you first signed up for Premium and are not satisfied, LingQ's terms promise a full refund at any time in the first 30 days.
- After that, payments are non-refundable: no refunds for part of a month, unused months or a change of plan.
- Bought in the App Store or Google Play: Apple and Google take refund requests for their stores.
