Write with the form on this page or to [email protected]. There is no account and no ticket system; a person reads every message.
Reporting a wrong or outdated figure
Every price and feature on this site comes from the app's own pages or its app-store listing, checked on a stated date, and apps change their pages. If something is wrong now, send:
- The app and the page on this site (for example, the Babbel page or the Babbel vs Duolingo comparison).
- The field: which plan, price, language count or feature.
- The correct value and a link to the app's page that shows it. A screenshot helps but the link is what gets checked.
Corrections are checked against the app's own page and applied with a new check date. Every row in the downloadable table carries the page it came from, so you can see exactly what was checked. Find it under Data in the footer. Feedback on our recommendations is welcome too.
App makers
If you work for one of the 99 apps listed and your pricing, language list or features have changed, send the public URL that shows the new facts. The same standard applies to app makers and readers: the fact must be visible on a page you control. Private statements are noted but cannot replace a public source. This site does not sell placement, and a commercial relationship does not change a row.
Not covered
Questions about a specific app's account, refund or lesson go to that app; this site is independent of every app it compares. Requests to add an app are welcome when it is a consumer language product with a public pricing page.
