One address for everything: hello@whichlanguageapp.com. There is no form, no account and no ticket system; a person reads the mailbox.

Reporting a wrong or outdated figure

Every number on this site was read from a vendor page on a stated date, and vendors change their pages. If something is wrong now, send:

1. The app and the page on this site (for example, the Babbel page or the Babbel vs Duolingo comparison).
2. The field: which plan, price, language count or feature.
3. The correct value and the vendor URL that shows it. A screenshot helps but the URL is what gets checked.

Corrections are checked against the vendor's own page and applied with a new read date. Every row in the dataset download carries its source, so you can see exactly what was read.

Vendors

If you work for one of the 24 apps listed and your pricing, language list or features have changed, send the public URL that shows the new facts. The same standard applies to vendors and readers: the fact must be visible on a page you control. Private statements are noted but cannot replace a public source. This site does not sell placement, and a commercial relationship does not change a row.

Not covered

Questions about a specific app's account, refund or lesson go to that app; this site is independent of every app it compares. Requests to add an app are welcome when it is a consumer language product with a public pricing page.
