How to cancel Jiveworld
Sign in to Jiveworld, open your Account page and click Cancel subscription at the bottom of the My membership section. You keep the rest of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. If there is no Cancel subscription link, your access is not on auto-renew and simply ends on its expiry date. Jiveworld refunds any charge if you email [email protected] within seven days of it.
Where did you subscribe?
On your Jiveworld Account page (a monthly or yearly subscription)
- Sign in to Jiveworld and open your Account page.
- At the bottom of the My membership section, click Cancel subscription.
If you don't see Cancel subscription, your account is not on auto-renew: your access ends on its expiry date and nothing more is charged. Jiveworld's terms also let you cancel by emailing [email protected].
One-time purchases and closing your account
Bought for a fixed period
Some Jiveworld purchases give access for a fixed period, such as a year, and its terms say these do not renew or charge again, so there is nothing to cancel. Apple's US App Store lists Jiveworld's in-app items as a "3 month purchase" ($35.99) and a "1 year purchase" ($99.99).
Closing your account
You don't need to close your account to stop paying, and keeping it saves your study history and vocabulary for later. Closing it cancels a recurring subscription and ends any time left at once, so with an active subscription Jiveworld asks you to email [email protected] to close it.
