How to cancel Gymglish
In your User Space, open the My Account tab, select My purchases and click the Enable/Disable button next to your subscription to turn off its automatic renewal. A subscription from its shop is bought for a set length, 6 to 36 months, and you are committed to all of it even if you pay month by month: turning off renewal stops the next term, not this one. Within 14 days of ordering, and only if you have not used the lessons, its terms let you withdraw for a refund.
Where did you subscribe?
On the Gymglish website (bought in its shop)
- Click your name at the top right of any lesson or correction, or go straight to your User Space.
- On the My Account tab, select My purchases.
- Click the Enable/Disable button next to your subscription.
You can turn automatic renewal off at any time. Its terms add that Gymglish emails you one month and again one week before a subscription renews.
In your iPhone's or iPad's settings (paid in the App Store)
- In Settings, tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Gymglish.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel button, or an expiry message shows in red, the subscription is already cancelled.
Gymglish's help sends App Store subscribers to the subscriptions in their Apple account; these are Apple's current steps.
In Google Play (paid on Android)
- On your Android phone or tablet, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
- Select Gymglish.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
Its terms send anyone who bought in the app to the store's own account settings; deleting the app or your account does not cancel.
The free trial and paying month by month
During the 7-day free trial
The trial carries no commitment to buy. To stop it, click the "I want to unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any lesson or correction, or go to My account, then My subscriptions, in your User Space.
Paying month by month
In its shop, monthly payments are instalments on a subscription of 6 to 36 months, not a monthly plan, so turning off renewal does not end them before the term does. Its terms also describe a month-to-month subscription you can stop at any time, at least 3 days before the month ends, when its shop sells one; the US shop sold only 6- to 36-month terms when we read it. The iPhone app sells one-month subscriptions in Apple's US App Store, and cancelling one there stops the payments that follow.
After you cancel
- You keep your daily lessons to the end of the length you bought; with renewal off, the subscription then ends.
- Changed your mind? The same Enable/Disable button in My purchases turns renewal back on.
Getting money back
- Its terms give you 14 days from the order to withdraw, by email to [email protected], and the money back within 14 days, but only if the lessons have not been used: using them ends the right. Its shop says "15 days to change your mind".
- After that, nothing is refunded: you pay for the length you bought, whether or not you take the lessons. For a purchase in the App Store or Google Play, its terms send refund requests to the store.
Questions people ask
How do I cancel my Gymglish subscription?
In your User Space: My Account, then My purchases, then the Enable/Disable button next to your subscription. That turns off renewal; the subscription runs to the end of the length you bought. Bought in the app? Cancel in the App Store or Google Play.
Can I get a refund from Gymglish?
Within 14 days of ordering, if you have not used the lessons: email [email protected]. After that its terms refund nothing, even for lessons you don't take.
Can I stop paying Gymglish month by month?
Not if you bought it in Gymglish's shop: monthly payments there are instalments on a subscription of 6 to 36 months, and turning off renewal stops the next term. A one-month subscription bought in the App Store stops renewing when you cancel it there.
