How to cancel Glossika

Subscribed on the Glossika website? Select Cancel Subscription in your account: the plan stops at the end of the billing period you have paid for, and your progress is saved. Subscribed in the iPhone or Android app? Cancel in your iPhone's settings or in Google Play, because Glossika can't do it for you. The current month is never refunded, but a yearly plan cancelled within 60 days of paying is refunded for the time you have not used.

From Glossika's own help pages, and Apple's and Google's for purchases made in their stores, read 15 Oct 2026. Where you bought it decides where you cancel.

The free trial, and paying twice

The 7-day free trial

Glossika's 7 days of full access need no credit card, and you are charged only if you subscribe. A free or discounted trial started in the App Store or Google Play renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before it ends.

Moving from the app to the website

Cancel the App Store or Google Play subscription first. Glossika warns that if you subscribe on its website while a store subscription is still running, for a sale for example, you are charged twice, and it can't cancel the store one for you.
