How to cancel Busuu
Cancel Busuu Premium where you paid for it: on busuu.com under Settings, then Subscription; in your iPhone's or Google Play's subscriptions; in PayPal; or with your mobile provider. Do it at least 24 hours before it renews. Your plan stops renewing and you keep Premium until the current period runs out.
Where did you subscribe?
On the Busuu website (paid on busuu.com)
- Log in and click your profile picture at the top of the screen.
- Click Settings.
- Go to the Subscription tab.
- Click Cancel Premium.
- Say why you are cancelling if you like, then click Cancel anyway. A final page confirms it.
In your iPhone's or iPad's settings (paid in the App Store)
- In Settings, tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Busuu.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel button, or an expiry message shows in red, the subscription is already cancelled.

In Google Play (paid on Android)
- On your Android phone or tablet, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
- Select Busuu.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.

In PayPal
- Remove Busuu from your automatic payments in your PayPal account; Busuu's help page links PayPal's own instructions.
With your mobile phone provider
- Contact the subscription partner for your country and operator, or cancel through the link on Busuu's help page, which lists an email address or website for each, from Argentina (Claro) to Uruguay (Antel, Claro).

After you cancel
- Your Premium plan won't renew for the next period, and you won't pay again.
- You can still use Busuu Premium until your current subscription runs out.
Getting money back
- Busuu's 14-day money-back guarantee covers your first payment for Premium only; renewals and later billing periods are not refunded, so cancel at least 24 hours before your plan renews.
- Paid on the Busuu website or in Google Play, within those 14 days: ask through Busuu's refund form.
- Paid in the App Store: only Apple can refund it. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com and choose “Request a refund”.
- Paid through a mobile operator: ask the operator.

Yes. Busuu says you can still use Premium until your current subscription runs out; it just won't renew.
Can I get a refund from Busuu?
