How to cancel Teacher AI

Bought on Teacher AI's website, cancel in the web app (your profile icon, then Subscription Management) or in the app (Profile, Account Details, Manage Subscription). Bought in the App Store or Google Play, cancel in your phone's subscription settings: Teacher AI can't cancel store subscriptions for you. Cancel during the free trial and you are not charged. A website purchase is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days, by email to [email protected].

Where did you subscribe?

In the web app (bought on Teacher AI's website)

Sign in at app.yourteacher.ai.
Click your profile icon, top right.
Open Subscription Management and cancel.

Open your Profile.
Tap Account Details.
Tap Manage Subscription and cancel.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, the same button sends you to your phone's store settings instead.

In your iPhone's or iPad's settings (bought in the iPhone app)

In Settings, tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Teacher AI.
Tap Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel button, or an expiry message shows in red, the subscription is already cancelled.

Teacher AI's terms say it can't cancel App Store subscriptions on your behalf; these are Apple's steps.

In Google Play (bought in the Android app)

On your Android phone or tablet, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
Select Teacher AI.
Tap Cancel subscription.
Follow the instructions.

These are Google's steps; uninstalling the app does not cancel.

The free trial, and deleting your account

During the free trial

The monthly plan starts with 3 free days, the 6- and 12-month plans with 7. Starting a trial needs card details, and it turns into the paid plan by itself when it ends. Cancel before then and you are not charged; you keep access until the trial would have ended.

Deleting your account

Teacher AI's terms say the money paid for a subscription is not refunded when you delete your account. Cancel the subscription first, and ask for a refund within 7 days if you bought it on the website.

After you cancel

Once you cancel, the plan doesn't renew: you are not charged for another month, 6 months or year.
Cancelling does not refund anything by itself, and a refund ends your access to the paid features.

Getting money back

Bought on Teacher AI's website: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of buying, by email to [email protected]. Teacher AI's help page puts it the same way: if you signed up less than 7 days ago, send it a message and it will take care of the refund.
Bought in the App Store or Google Play: refunds are Apple's or Google's to grant under their own policies; Teacher AI can't issue, approve or refuse them.
