You keep Premium to the end of the period you paid for. A subscription bought on Talkpal's website can be refunded in full within 30 days of a charge, once per person, by emailing [email protected].

From Talkpal's own help pages, and Apple's and Google's for purchases made in their stores, read 15 Oct 2026. Where you bought it decides where you cancel.

Trials, pausing and deleting your account

The 14-day free trial

New users get a 14-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, it becomes a paid subscription and the first charge is made the day the trial ends. Someone who has already had a trial is charged at once.

Pausing instead

Where Talkpal offers it, you can pause a subscription for one to three months instead: you are not charged, and you use the free Basic plan meanwhile. Its FAQ says pausing works for subscriptions bought on the web or in Google Play.

Deleting your account

Talkpal's cancellation help says deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, so cancel first; its FAQ says deleting does cancel a web subscription, but never a store one. Deleting erases your progress and chat history for good.
