How to cancel Speakly

To cancel a plan bought on Speakly's website, its FAQ says to ask its support team, in the chat or at [email protected]. Bought in the app, cancel in your iPhone's settings or in Google Play; deleting the app or your Speakly account does not cancel. You keep your paid access to the end of the period. A Lifetime plan can be refunded in full if you email within 14 days, and in the EU, EEA and UK a website purchase can be withdrawn within 14 days.

From Speakly's own help pages, and Apple's and Google's for purchases made in their stores, read 15 Oct 2026. Where you bought it decides where you cancel.

Where did you subscribe?

On the Speakly website (paid by card, PayPal or invoice)

  1. Write to Speakly's support team in the chat on its website, or email [email protected].
  2. Ask it to cancel your subscription, from the email address on your account.
  3. Do it before the renewal date: a website subscription renews automatically until it is cancelled.

Speakly's FAQ gives this as the way to cancel or change a subscription; its terms say a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

  4. Tap Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel button, or an expiry message shows in red, the subscription is already cancelled.

The free trial and Lifetime

The 7-day free trial

Unless the offer says otherwise, Speakly's trial turns into a paid subscription when it ends if you have not cancelled; the trial's terms are shown before you start it.
