How to cancel Skritter
Cancel Skritter where you paid: on skritter.com, open Subscription in your account settings and cancel your plan there; bought in the Skritter app, cancel in the App Store or Google Play. Do it a day or more before the renewal date. Afterwards you keep the characters you have already studied and the free content, but you can't add new cards or decks. A first purchase made with Skritter has a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The free trial and longer plans
The 7-day free trial
Signing up starts a 7-day free trial that turns into a monthly plan, charged automatically, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
6-month and 12-month plans
They renew automatically too. Skritter says it emails a warning when the period is close to ending, but it is up to you to keep your email address current and to cancel in time.
After you cancel
- You can cancel at any time. Skritter's help page asks you to cancel within 24 hours of the renewal date to avoid being billed again, so cancel a day or more before it.
- Without an active subscription, you keep the content you have already reviewed and Skritter's free content, but you can no longer study or manage new decks, learn or review new cards, create custom decks, or edit your own mnemonics, definitions and sentences.
Getting money back
- Skritter's terms give a 30-day money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases. Ask through skritter.com/contact.
- Bought in the App Store or Google Play: Apple or Google decides, not Skritter.
