How to cancel Rockalingua

Or email [email protected], or call 415 713 3537 (9am to 5pm Pacific time), with your account details. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged. Rockalingua is sold only on its website, so there is no App Store or Google Play subscription to cancel.

- Cancel your subscription there.
Rockalingua's pricing page says you can cancel with one click from your account settings at any time, with no long-term contract or cancellation fee; it does not name the buttons.

- Email [email protected], or call 415 713 3537 between 9am and 5pm Pacific time.
- Give your account details and what you bought, and ask to cancel (or for a refund, within 30 days of your first purchase).

The free trial, and changing plan
Your free trial is ending
The 14-day trial starts with only an email address, no card. When it ends, the account pauses with your classes and data saved, and Rockalingua says it never charges you unless you choose a plan, so there is nothing to cancel.
Changing plan instead
You can move between Content, Classroom and Pro, or between monthly and yearly billing, in your account; the fulfillment policy says the change shows on the next bill.
After you cancel
- The cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you are in; you keep access until then, and nothing more is charged.
- There is no free plan to fall back on: after that the library is closed until you subscribe again.
Getting money back
- A full refund if you ask within 30 days of your first purchase; after 30 days from the start of the subscription, Rockalingua's fulfillment policy says it gives no refunds.
