How to cancel Promova
Cancel Promova where you paid: in your iPhone's Settings, under your name and Subscriptions; on play.google.com, under My subscriptions; or, if you bought on Promova's website, in your account under My profile, Payments and subscriptions. A lifetime membership is a one-time payment, so there is nothing to cancel. For a refund, email [email protected] about a website or Google Play purchase, and ask Apple about an App Store one.
Where did you subscribe?
In your iPhone's or iPad's settings (paid in the App Store)
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Promova subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
A lifetime membership is a one-time payment, so it is not in this list.
On Google Play (paid on Android)
- Go to play.google.com.
- Check you are signed in to the right Google account.
- On the left, click My subscriptions.
- Select the Promova subscription.
- Click Manage, then Cancel Subscription.
- Click Yes to confirm.
In your account on Promova's website (paid on promova.com)
- Log in to your personal account.
- In the My profile tab, find Payments and subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click the three dots in its top right corner and choose Cancel subscription.
- Fill in the short questionnaire to confirm.
- A success screen confirms the cancellation.
After you cancel
- Wait for Promova's success screen after the questionnaire: it is the confirmation that a website subscription is cancelled.
- A lifetime membership is paid once and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Getting money back
- Bought on Promova's website or on Google Play: Promova takes refund requests by email, at [email protected].
- Bought in the App Store: Apple handles the refund, and Promova asks you to cancel the subscription first.

How do I cancel Promova on my iPhone?
