How to cancel Pimsleur
Cancel Pimsleur where you subscribed: in your account on pimsleur.com, under Subscriptions, or by phone; in your iPhone's subscriptions; or in Google Play. Deleting the app does not cancel. Cancel before the 7-day free trial ends to pay nothing; after that you keep the lessons until the paid period ends, and the rest of that period is not refunded.

Getting money back
- Pimsleur does not refund the rest of a period you cancel part-way through, unless the law requires it.
- Its 30-day money-back guarantee covers only a subscription bought from Pimsleur.com or its call centre without a free trial of 7 days or more, in the first 30 days of the first period, once per customer. A subscription that came with such a trial, a gift, and anything bought in the App Store or Google Play are excluded.
- To claim it, call 1-800-831-5497 or email within 30 days with your order number. Pimsleur sends a declaration to sign that you kept no copies, to return within 7 days, and the refund takes 4 to 6 weeks.
- In the United Kingdom, you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing and get a refund by cancelling in your account settings, but only if you have not logged in to the Pimsleur app since you paid.
- Subscribed in the App Store or Google Play: refunds follow Apple's or Google's rules.
