How to cancel Migaku
Cancel Migaku in your account settings: under Subscription, choose Change my plan, then Cancel plan. If you paid in the iPhone or Android app, cancel in your iPhone's settings or in Google Play instead. You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for, and Migaku refunds the whole price if you ask within 14 days of paying.

The free trial, Lifetime and deleting your account
During the 10-day free trial
The trial needs no card, so nothing is charged when it ends; you only pay if you choose a plan.
Lifetime
Lifetime is one payment with nothing to cancel. The 14-day refund applies to it too.
Deleting your account is not cancelling
Delete account, at the bottom of your account settings, erases your flashcards and progress for good. Cancel your plan first if you only want to stop paying.
After you cancel
- Upcoming payments stop, and you can use all of Migaku until the end of your current billing period.
- Migaku does not say what happens to your flashcards once the paid time ends; deleting your account erases them for good.
Getting money back
- Migaku refunds the whole price if you tell it within 14 days of paying: email its support address with the details of your purchase.
- Paid in the App Store or Google Play: Apple or Google decides, under its own rules.
