Turn off automatic renewal in your Kwiziq account, where you change your package, or email [email protected] from the address on your account. Premium stays open until the end of the period you have paid for and nothing more is charged; the free plan of 10 kwizzes a month stays open after that. A first-time subscriber can have the payment refunded in full within 7 days.

In your Kwiziq account
- Sign in to Kwiziq.
- In your account, open the page where you change your package.
- Turn off automatic renewal.
Kwiziq's FAQ says you can change the length of your package or cancel auto-renewal in your account; it does not name each button.
By email
- Write to [email protected] from the email address on your Kwiziq account.
- Ask to cancel the renewal, or for a refund within 7 days of paying.
Kwiziq's terms say a cancellation by email must come from the address associated with your account.
The two-year package, a forgotten renewal, and your price
The two-year package
Paid by card, two years of Premium is a one-time payment, so it does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. Paid through PayPal, it renews every two years: turn off the renewal in your Kwiziq account or in your PayPal account.
A renewal you forgot to cancel
Kwiziq refunds a renewal if you ask within 7 days of it and have not used your account since it renewed; after 7 days, or once you have used it, it does not.
Your price if you come back
A subscription kept without a gap keeps the price you first paid. Once it lapses, coming back costs the price shown on the day you buy again.
After you cancel
- Premium stays open until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged.
- After that your account carries on with the free plan of 10 kwizzes a month.
Getting money back
- A first-time paying subscriber gets a full refund on request within 7 days of paying, under Kwiziq's money-back guarantee; ask at [email protected].
