How to cancel HelloChinese

Cancel HelloChinese Premium where you paid, before the month or year runs out, or it renews automatically: bought in the iPhone app, in your iPhone's settings; on Android, in Google Play. For a plan bought on its website or from its customer service, write to [email protected]. A yearly plan bought from HelloChinese itself can be refunded within 30 days; monthly plans and plans bought in the app are not refunded by HelloChinese.

Where did you subscribe?

In your iPhone's or iPad's settings (bought in the iPhone or iPad app)

In Settings, tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap HelloChinese.
Tap Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel button, or an expiry message shows in red, the subscription is already cancelled.

In Google Play (bought in the Android app)

On your Android phone or tablet, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
Select HelloChinese.
Tap Cancel subscription.
Follow the instructions.

Bought on the HelloChinese website or from its customer service

Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account.
Ask to cancel Premium before the current month or year ends.

HelloChinese's pages give no self-service steps for a plan bought from it directly; its terms say a plan renews unless you cancel, and name this address for questions.

After you cancel

A monthly plan renews at the end of each month, and a yearly plan at the end of its twelve months, unless you cancel before then.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; HelloChinese does not refund part of a period.

Getting money back

A yearly plan bought on HelloChinese's website or from its customer service has a 30-day money-back guarantee: contact its customer service within 30 days of buying. After 30 days there is no refund.
Monthly plans are not refunded, and refunds are never partial or prorated.
Bought in the iPhone, iPad or Android app, the sale is final with HelloChinese; Apple or Google decides on any refund.
