How to cancel Fluent Forever

Bought on Fluent Forever's website, cancel in your account there: your profile, then Account, Subscriptions and Cancel; the app's settings lead to the same place. Bought in the app, cancel in your iPhone's settings or in Google Play; uninstalling the app does not cancel. You keep the app to the end of the term you paid for. Online Coaching is cancelled the same way on the website, and only its first purchase can be refunded, within 24 hours.

Where did you subscribe?

On fluent-forever.com (bought on Fluent Forever's website)

Log in at fluent-forever.com with the email and sign-in method you first used (Google, Apple, Facebook or a password), or open the app and go to Settings, then Cancel Subscription / End App Access.
Select your profile in the upper right, then Account.
Click Subscriptions.
Select Cancel and follow the prompts.

In your iPhone's or iPad's settings (bought in the Fluent Forever iOS app)

In Settings, tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Fluent Forever.
Tap Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel button, or an expiry message shows in red, the subscription is already cancelled.

Fluent Forever does not manage App Store subscriptions; these are Apple's steps.

In Google Play (bought in the Fluent Forever Android app)

Open the Google Play Store, signed in with the account you paid with.
Tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Select your Fluent Forever subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

Online Coaching

Cancelling Coaching

Coaching is a monthly subscription, cancelled on the website: log in, select your profile, then Account, Subscriptions, and Cancel next to the Coaching subscription. You keep your sessions until the end of the month you paid for, with no partial refund or credit.

When the app came with Coaching

If you had no app subscription when you bought Coaching, the app came with it, and cancelling Coaching ends your app access too, unless you buy the app on its own.

After you cancel

You can still use the app for the rest of the term you paid for; it does not renew after that.
Uninstalling or deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; your account and subscription stay until you cancel them.

Getting money back

App subscriptions bought on the website: Fluent Forever's policy lets you cancel before the next renewal but promises no refund, and its terms say closing your account brings no refund of any kind.
Bought in the App Store or Google Play: the store's refund rules for your region apply, and Apple or Google decides.
Online Coaching: fully refundable for 24 hours after the first purchase, through Refund next to the subscription in your account. After that, and on every renewal, there is no refund.
