How to cancel Du Chinese
Cancel Du Chinese Premium where you paid, before the month, six months or year runs out, or it renews automatically: bought in the iPhone or iPad app, in your iPhone's settings; on Android, in Google Play. For a subscription started on Du Chinese's website, write to [email protected] from your account's email address. A website subscription is refunded in full if you ask within 15 days of buying; Du Chinese can't refund purchases made through Apple.
Where did you subscribe?
In your iPhone's or iPad's settings (bought in the iPhone or iPad app)
- In Settings, tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.

Du Chinese says it can't refund purchases made through Apple; these are Apple's steps.
In Google Play (bought in the Android app)
- On your Android phone or tablet, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
- Select Du Chinese.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
These are Google's steps; uninstalling the app does not cancel.
Started on the Du Chinese website
- Write to [email protected] from the email address on your Du Chinese account.
- Say plainly that you want to end your Premium subscription, before it renews.
Du Chinese's pages give no self-service steps for a website subscription. Its terms end a subscription on a clear notice to the company, or with the app's own controls where it has them; a notice received before the renewal takes effect when the period you paid for ends.
After you cancel
- Premium renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle (one, six or twelve months) until you cancel.
- Cancelled before the renewal, it ends when the period you paid for ends. After that the Premium lessons close, and you are back to the free ones.
Getting money back

- Bought in the App Store: Du Chinese says it can't refund purchases made through Apple; ask Apple.
