How to cancel Clozemaster

Cancel Clozemaster Pro where you paid: on the website, go to your Account and choose Disable next to Automatic Renewal; on Android, in Google Play's Payments and Subscriptions; on an iPhone, in Settings under Subscriptions. Pro runs to the end of the period, then stops. The yearly plan bought on the website has a 30-day money-back guarantee; the monthly plan has none.

Where did you subscribe?

On the Clozemaster website (paid by card or PayPal)

Sign in and go to your Account.
Choose Disable next to Automatic Renewal.

In Google Play (paid on Android)

Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap the bubble in the top right corner to open your Google account.
Choose Payments and Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap Clozemaster and follow the steps on the screen.

Open the Settings app.
Tap your Apple ID.
Tap Subscriptions.
Choose Clozemaster and follow the steps on the screen.

Clozemaster has no access to App Store purchases, so anything about them goes through Apple's support.

After you cancel

After you turn off renewal, Pro stays on for the rest of the period you paid for; then it lapses and you are not charged again.
