How to cancel Auslan Wiz

Cancel Auslan Wiz where you paid: in your account settings on its website, in your iPhone's Subscriptions settings for a plan bought in the iPhone app, or in Google Play for one bought on Android. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Auslan Wiz offers a money-back guarantee for up to 30 days after you buy, and refunds nothing older; App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded through Apple or Google.

Where did you subscribe?

On Auslan Wiz's website (bought on the web)

Go to app.auslanwiz.au and sign in with your email: SignLab sends a PIN to your inbox instead of asking for a password.
Open your account settings.
Cancel your subscription there.

SignLab's help page for Auslan Wiz says you can cancel any time in your account settings on its website; it gives no further steps. Stuck? Use the Support Portal under your User Info in the app.

In your iPhone's or iPad's settings (bought in the iPhone app)

In Settings, tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Auslan Wiz.
Tap Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel button, or an expiry message shows in red, the subscription is already cancelled.

On your Android phone or tablet, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
Select Auslan Wiz.
Tap Cancel subscription.
Follow the instructions.

After you cancel

Your plan stops renewing. Google says a subscription cancelled in Google Play stays yours for the time you have already paid for; Auslan Wiz's own pages don't say what happens to the rest of a period cancelled on its website or in the App Store.
Uninstalling the app doesn't cancel the subscription.

Getting money back

Auslan Wiz has a money-back guarantee for up to 30 days after your purchase date. It can't refund a purchase made more than 30 days ago. For a purchase on its website, ask its support team through the Support Portal in the app.
Bought in the App Store: request the refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Bought in Google Play: request it from your Google Play order history. SignLab's help page sets out both, and Apple or Google decides.
